Our primary goal is to make sure you have the correct item before making your final purchase, but we understand that sometimes you will need to return or exchange an item and each situation is unique. We want to work with you at all times to make sure that what you are looking at is the correct item whether it be for yourself or a loved one.

We do ask that you store all receipts in a safe place and have them available as we will issue a receipt with every purchase and will require them for a full refund. As we do not keep customer information on file for Privacy Reasons it can be difficult for us to pull up past information.

Adaptive Clothing

We understand that clothing needs to be tried on and we will offer returns or exchanges on clothing as long as they have not been worn for any duration of time. Please return or exchange within 5 business days to ensure proper stock and availability. We can not return Compression Socks or Stockings due to hygiene reasons.


If a bathroom aid has been used you will not be able to return the item. If it is unused, tags on or in the box we will gladly return or exchange your purchase.

Special Orders

We have a wide range and selection of items in our store, and we will work with you to ensure proper sizing and compatibility for your care needs. Special orders will need to be paid for in advance. If something happens beyond one or both parties control we will do our best to work with you to rectify the situation.


If an item has warranty and it needs to be redeemed it will be provided by the company of that product and not Swan City Mobility. We do offer a Repair Service and will help you repair or replace anything within our means.
